Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Vecion IT Namibia ("Vecion IT", "we") handles information collected through vecionit.com.

Information you send us

When you use the enquiry form we receive your name, email address, company (optional), the topic you selected and your message. We use it only to respond to your enquiry and to follow up on the services you ask about. Enquiries are delivered to our team by email.

Website analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (for example, which pages are viewed). Analytics only loads after you choose "Accept" on the banner. If you decline, it does not load. You can change your choice by clearing this site's stored data in your browser.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. It may be processed by service providers that help us operate the site and email delivery (for example, our SMTP email provider and Google Analytics, if you accepted it).

Retention

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request and our business records, then delete them when no longer required.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing info@vecionit.com.
